  • Communications: Email, support tickets, and other correspondence between Client and Service Provider.

We do not intentionally solicit or store sensitive personal data (e.g., race, religion). If Client elects to pass protected health information (PHI) through our systems, special terms apply (see HIPAA section).

2. How We Use Information

We use data to:

  • Deliver and optimize advertising campaigns;
  • Operate follow-up and appointment scheduling systems;
  • Generate reporting and analytics for clients;
  • Provide customer service and technical support;

8. Healthcare Data & HIPAA

AI Clinic Growth is a marketing service provider and is not a healthcare provider. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any PHI shared with or processed by Service Provider is handled in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws.

If PHI will be processed, the parties will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) prior to handling PHI. Service Provider will cooperate with Clients to implement necessary safeguards and contractual protections.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date at the top of the page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
